The Property
Located only minutes from the Mulgowie Hotel, Hall and cricket ground, the property is a
good quality livestock block which is fully fenced and divided into several paddocks. There are several acres of good cultivation land on some of which strawberries were previously irrigated and grown.

Water
Two large dams full of water. A working bore, near the house, is 50m deep and its flow rate, at the time of advertising, was approximately 1400 gal/hr. Bore water can be pumped to a header tank to be utilised as and where required. There are several rainwater tanks attached to the sheds. Total rain water storage is 25,000 gallons.

Shedding and yards
The hay and storage shed is approximately 24m x 20m and the powered workshop
shed is 10m x 10m with a concrete floor. Near the sheds is a large set of steel cattle
yards.

A Piece of History
The homestead was restored by the previous owners in 1985 and then opened as an
elegant restaurant. People travelled for miles to enjoy the experience of Homewood
Farm. In 1992 extensive renovations were carried out to transform it to a beautiful home.
