Chiefly it is your doing  (Allison) that that this has been a smooth, warm, efficient process! All I ever heard - and all the time - was Kath, Tom and Michael's relief and amazement at your attitude, friendliness and complete knowledge of your job - and I feel that your key to let them feel that gratitude lies in your true interest. Interest comes from "to be between" at its roots apparently - and that's what you did. You acted as if this was your OWN house, your OWN family and your own personal and huge shift from one phase of life to another. That was your difference.
