End of Financial Year

Well, it’s nearly end of financial year and what a first half of 2019 it’s been! Gatton Real Estate welcomed a familiar face back to the office after a break for maternity leave. It’s great to see the smiling Linda Shaw at our front of house again.

And we have had the privilege of inviting salesperson Marisa Stecca to be part of our team.

Marisa joins us with a wealth of experience across industries and is a driven sales and marketing consultant, delivering her clients with great real estate transaction experiences.

The rest of the team have been super busy as always, and with the implementation of better software and procedures, a new website, and an emphasis on client care and communication, we have found that we have forged a positive path through a declining market, lowered our vacancy rate and have been able to provide the best solutions for our clients possible.

And now, with widespread confidence returning to the market, we can see it is a bright future in the months and years ahead, with returns being really attractive for investors and larger infrastructure projects being implemented locally, making it an ideal time to both sell and buy!

Oh, and we scrubbed up pretty well in recent staff photo shoot at the UQ Gatton Campus.
