Gatton Real Estate is and has always been a family owned and locally operated business since its inception in 1984, by current owners Rhonda McLucas' father and Allison Vinckier's grandfather George Hallas. Being a farmer and long term resident with family living in the Lockyer Valley since 1886 gave George an immense local knowledge to draw on in his new profession, which he passed down to 2 successive generations. Rhonda joined George in the business in 1992 after working as a CPA trained accountant, and initiated a Property Management Department in 1994 which has since expanded substantially.

Since that time, Gatton Real Estate has grown over the years catering to the real estate needs of property owners within the Lockyer Valley, including Allison Vinckier - Rhonda's daughter - who has been selling with Rhonda for the last 10 years and managing the business over the past 4 years.

Now over 35 years old, Gatton Real Estate still prides itself on an outstanding quality of service to clients and customers alike. Though outgrowing our historical office, Gatton Real Estate invested locally and bought an old warehouse style building, and now comfortably inhabit a completely renovated and state of the art premises within the main street of Gatton.

Our team is dynamic, professional and caring, relishing their roles in exceeding our clients' expectations when it comes to catering to each client's real estate goal.

Allison Vinckier (Rhonda’s daughter) began her career in 2006 initially working in administration. After gaining her sales certificate in 2007,  she began working as a Salesperson and in 2024 became Principal of Gatton Real Estate working in both the sales and rental departments.

Rhonda & Allison are born & bred in the Lockyer Valley and have extensive ties with the local community along. Along with Allison's Sales Executive Shelley Fawell they are professional and committed women in the real estate industry who understand your needs whether buying or selling, and would love the opportunity to assist you.   They are assisted by our Sales Administration Nicole Frew and Business Manager & Sales Executive Assistant Kerrianne Steinhardt.

Cindy Sugden, is our Receptionist / Sales Administration and welcoming face when you enter our office.

Fully qualified Property Managers Deb Judas and Kylie Andrews  comprise Gatton Real Estate's professional PM team managing properties with a collective experience of 50 years all over the Lockyer Valley.  Bailea Fatnowna is our Property Management – Operations Specialist  & Linda Shaw, is our property Management Assistants / Leasing Officer  and their helpful and attentive service ensures that both Landlords and Tenants are well looked after.
